These Terms of Use govern the relationship between Alaio (“Us”, “Our”) and Our users (“you”, “your”) while using the additional functionality “Video Calls and Conferences” (the “Video Calls and Conferences”). The Terms of Use form an integral part of the Terms of Service.
By using Video calls and Conferences you acknowledge your full consent with these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, do not use Video calls and Conferences.
Video Calls and Conferences functionality is represented in the following categories:
By using Video Calls and Conferences:
1. You understand and agree that:
(1) Video Calls and Conferences is provided "as is" and “as available” and Bitrix24 does not guarantee that any of its features or functions will meet your expectations; Bitrix24 hereby expressly disclaims any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for any particular purpose, and non-infringement as to the operation of the service.
(2) Video Calls and Conferences functionality is for business interactions only and is not intended for contacting Emergency Services, transmitting alert signals and emergency information about dangers arising from the threat or occurrence of natural and man-made emergencies, as well as during military actions or as a result of these actions, about the rules of conduct for the population and the necessity of conducting protective measures.
2. You are solely responsible for:
(1) data demonstrated during the use of Video Calls and Conferences. Under no circumstances will Bitrix24 be liable in any way for any data or other content (including any User Content) viewed while using the Video Calls and Conferences, including any errors or omissions in any such data or content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of, access to, or denial of access to any data or other content;
(2) compliance with all laws governing the recording of Video Calls and Conferences. Any user of your Bitrix24 Customer Account can choose to record video call or conference. Recordings of the Video Calls and Conferences are deemed to be a User Content. You will see an indicator when recording is enabled. If any user of your Bitrix24 Customer Account does not agree to being recorded, they can choose to leave the recorded session.
3. You accept and agree that Video Calls and Conferences are not intended for creating, uploading, demonstrating, transmitting or otherwise making available any texts, images and other items, which may be deemed as:
4. Bitrix24 shall not be liable for:
(1) any direct or indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the Video Calls and Conferences;
(2) malfunction of the Video Calls and Conferences functionality due to a deficiency of technical equipment or internet speed on the user's side.
5. In terms of Bitrix24 Customer Account users’ personal data processing, these Terms of Use is integral to the Data Processing Agreement issued to you by Bitrix24.
6. Bitrix24 has the right to unilaterally modify this document by posting the updated text on the Website at the following link.
