NexiaBot is a technology that connects you as an "interface" with ChatGPT technology. We offer a cost for integration and optionally a cost for monthly tokens. These "tokens" are part of the service provided by ChatGPT for businesses. This payment is optional if you create and manage your own token and use it in our application.

Tokens credits per month: $10 USD

One token can be 4 characters long, for example, in the phrase "Hello, welcome to our company, I will be happy to help you, what is your name?" there are approximately 20 tokens.

Instructions:
  1. Install the NexIA Bot application fr om Bitrix24 Market.
  2. The first time you open the application, the necessary components for its proper functioning will be installed. Be patient, this may take a few seconds.
  3. Complete the website form to activate your account.
  4. After submission, you'll receive a payment link.
  5. Make the payment, choosing between the app-only option or the app plus OpenAI token package.
  6. App activation occurs instantly. If you've requested a token, please await a follow-up email with token information.
  7. Once the application tab opens, you can add the necessary information such as:

    - Bot name
    - Bot thumbnail (Optional)
    - Instructions for the AI
    - Open AI token

    The following settings require testing and refining the AI's responses using the Trial-Error method. We recommend starting with the default settings:
  • Temperature: What sampling temperature to use? Between 0 and 2. Higher values like 0.8 will make the output more random, while lower values like 0.2 will make it more focused and deterministic.
  • Frequency Penalty: A number between -2.0 and 2.0. Positive values penalize new tokens based on their existing frequency in the text so far, decreasing the model's likelihood of repeating the same line verbatim.
  • Presence Penalty: A number between -2.0 and 2.0. Positive values penalize new tokens based on whether they appear in the text so far, increasing the likelihood of the model talking about new topics.
  • Maximum Number of Tokens in Response: The maximum number of tokens to generate for each response.
  • Phrase to Continue Response: Text to request the AI to continue in case of responses longer than the maximum tokens allowed in the previous setting.
  • Maximum Number of Allowed Questions: The number of questions allowed to users per session.
  • Stop Phrase: Phrase or word with which the bot will transfer to a new open channel for human agent assistance.
  • Message After Stopping: Here you can place the termination text. We recommend leaving this option blank and using the welcome message of the open channel wh ere the chat is transferred.
  • ID of the Channel for Transfer: Indicate the ID or leave it as zero if you only have one open channel.


    Configuration of NexIA Bot in the open channel in Bitrix24:

  • Go to Contact Center.
  • Go to the open channel you want to connect with NexIA Bot.
  • Click on "Configure."
  • A card with the open channel configuration options will appear. In the left menu of this card, sel ect the "Chatbots" option.
  • Activate the "Chatbots" option and sel ect the name of your bot.
  • Save and test.
Recommendations:
Change the "Transfer conversation fr om bot to a live agent after" option to dont transfer. This will prevent the assigned transfer time from interrupting a conversation between your virtual agent and the client.
